All orders will be dispatch within 24-48 hours.
Every effort will be made to deliver your order within 1-5 days.
All pick up orders are ready within an hour on Thursday-Sunday 10 am - 4 pm.
Our Shipping rates are calculated by km's from our store address 89 McIntyre Rd. Sunshine North.

For Green Empire St. to put your order through, we will need some information from you, e.g. your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
Our delivery hours are between 10.00am and 8pm for business and residential addresses. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery for at a specific time of day for ‘standard delivery’.
For non-live products only, please enquire within if purchasing a plant.
All plants are packaged carefully and delivered by us to ensure they reach the recipient in the best possible state. We will also provide care tag instructions we receive from the growers to help ensure the plant’s ongoing survival. If for any reason you are unhappy with your plant, please let us know immediately so we can do our best to rectify our mistake.
We do not accept refund, return or offer an exchange for change of mind on any plant after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. All attempts will be made to contact the sender to find a solution.
For advance orders, any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
